Builders and Planters

An anonymous text from the tradition says that , in life, each person can take one of the two attitudes:to build or to plan. The builders might take years over their tasks , but one day, they finish what they are doing. Then they find they have hemmed in by their own walls.Life looses its meaning when the building stops.
Then there are those who plant. They endure storms and all the many vicissitudes of the season, and they rarely rest. But unlike a building, a garden never stops growing. And while it requires the gardener's constant attention, it also allows life for the gardener to be a great adventure.
Gardeners always recognize each other, because they know that in teh history of each plant lies the growth of the whole world.

Child

How does it feel to lose a child?
To lose the bunny toothed smile through the mirror every morning?
Lose the dance to the first tinkle of the rain,
Lose the warm hugs and the sweet breath under your ear,
Lose the flowers, the butterflies, the stars and the sunshine,
Lose the innocent eyes and the naughty smile,
Lose the curiosities and the discoveries,
The tears and the tantrums,
Lose the hands that always led you to childhood,
She is gone,
I lost her today,
Lost the child,
The child in me.

From Archives. But I know now that the child in me can never die...she just plays hide and seek ;)

Live on

Everyone is looking for the prefect teacher, but although their teachings might be divine,
teachers are all too human, and its something that people find hard to accept.
Don’t confuse the teacher with the lesson the ritual with ecstasy, the transmitter of the symbol with the symbol itself.

The tradition is linked to our encounter with the forces in life and not with the people who bring this about. But we are weak, we ask the mother to send us guides, and all she sends is signs to the road we need to follow. Pity those who seek for shepherds, instead of the longing freedom!
Good day!

I see

Everyday I see death
The death of a smile
The death of a touch
The death of a shoulder
The death of a word of love
The death of a sweet kiss
The death of a dream
The death of warmth
The death of trust
The death of expectations
The death of a tear
And through every death I see birth… The birth of a need
The birth of a realization
The birth of a struggle
The birth of a difficult smile
The birth of a hope
The birth of a new dream
The birth of a new power
The birth of new love
The birth of a …new life
Life is the best teacher.
Good Day!

Love or me?

I see tears that flow down the window pane that once marked the trails of our passion,
I see a cigarette at the tip of my lips that once held tight your wet kiss,
I see the lightening in the sky that once danced at your signal, today, forgets to remember your name,
I see these smiles that die before they reach my eyes, for alas you had gone by,
More void to fill the void that you had left is all I see, Oh lord was that love...or was that just ME?

From a forgotten diary. For someone who derives her enerygy from her pain. You inspired me !
